The cast on this disc is equally stellar; among them, Rigenza, who plays Senta, is renowned as an outstanding Wagnerian singer. McIntyre, who plays the title role, also appears on the DVD of *Arabella* conducted by Thielemann. Since Rigenza appears on Decca’s recording of *Elektra* conducted by Böhm and McIntyre appears on the same work conducted by Levine, we highly recommend watching those as well.
