Bach’s concertos and his other works are vivid examples of this. When we speak of new versions created by the composers themselves, we are not merely referring to newborn doppelgängers (shadow figures). I believe that composers—sometimes consciously, sometimes intuitively—sensed the potential for a new version of their work to create new life. All of the works included on this album belong to this category.”\n\nMichael Weiman was born in Ukraine. After graduating from the Stoyalsky Music School in his hometown, he studied at the Tchaikovsky Conservatory in Moscow under the legendary violinists David Oistrakh and Semyon Snitkovsky. Particularly noteworthy is the astonishing breadth of his repertoire, which includes all the violin sonatas by Beethoven, Brahms, Prokofiev, Franck, and Schumann, as well as all the works for violin and orchestra by Schubert and Shostakovich. Weiman has also premiered numerous works by contemporary composers.\n(Translated from the manufacturer’s information)\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Acousence","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":53525310177569,"sku":"4260017181352","price":3090.0,"currency_code":"JPY","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0568\/8482\/2076\/files\/4260017181352.jpg?v=1789730764","url":"https:\/\/cdsvinyljapan.com\/products\/4260017181352","provider":"CDs Vinyl Japan Store","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
