They have been making the world hear the roar of the highest quality, incorporating rock, punk, metal, death, black, and all other kinds of loud and heavy sounds into their own flesh and blood. The band has completed their latest studio album "ENDLING", three years after their last album "SPLID", which became the No. 1 album in their home country of Norway!

Described by Revolver magazine as "blackened rock 'n' roll party beasts," the band is a milestone in extreme music, fusing punk and black metal with classic rock worship.Kvaratak has a unique style in all aspects of his music, from the fast-paced rock beats to the triple-guitar harmonies to the lyrics in his native Norwegian. Kvaratak is, as the title of this latest album suggests, the last survivor of an endangered species, a rare and rare existence.

Released in 2020 after a change of vocalist in 2018 and a move to Rise Records in 2019, their last album, "SPLID," was highly acclaimed by media outlets such as Stereogum, Kerrang! and Revolver. This latest release, "ENDLING," continues the approach of the previous album, but in the form of a worldview/story theme with a deeper commitment to the world of local lore and legend. Guitarist Vidar Landa commented, "With 'ENDLING,' we have continued the approach of our previous work.

With ENDLING, we are telling the story of an extinct and dying Norwegian people. With ENDLING we are telling the story of an extinct and dying Norwegian people. We are breathing life into a world of folklore that doesn't fit the concept of a TV series, from old myths to relatively new lore, culture and rituals.Vikings and trolls are for TV, and what is being told here is the truth!"

Fierce yet beautiful, intense yet fun, Kvaratak's sound shines even brighter in this latest release, "ENDLING". Kvaratak has created a work that will brightly illuminate a future that no one could have predicted, and perhaps it can be said that they are the true "ENDLING = the last hope for an endangered species. We don't know when they will disappear, and total collapse and catastrophe may be just around the corner...but as long as Kvaratak, Norway's pride and joy, continues to exist, their light will shine brightly into the future.

Tracklisting:

1.
