In 1710, he traveled to Venice to study the style of Italian opera. In 1710, he went to Venice to study the Italian operatic style and completed two operas. During his stay in Italy, he became acquainted with important composers such as Vivaldi and Gasparini. Heinichen's musical style was greatly influenced by this stay in Italy, mixing German, French, and Italian musical language and having a slightly Gallic, pre-classical atmosphere rather than pursuing a counterpoint structure. In particular, the cantatas and other vocal pieces recorded here show the influence of Venetian opera of the early 18th century. The soloists are German coloratura soprano Marie Friederike Söder and Terry Wei, formerly of the Vienna Boys Choir. Terry Wei's beautiful voice, which was praised as the voice of an angel at the time, has successfully overcome a period of voice change and is now active as a countertenor and tenor singer. The concerto is a beautifully sung work with a lively and graceful atmosphere that is full of Italianate brightness. The concerto is a graceful work with a vivacious atmosphere and an overall Italianate brightness. The G minor concerto, in which baroque oboe virtuoso Ksenia Leffler, a member of the Berlin Academy of Ancient Music, takes the solo role, also impresses with its bright, full oboe sound.
