The majority of this album, which runs over 70 minutes, was reportedly produced and recorded in his home studio. It features the grandiose sound design heard on his 2009 solo album *CentralMarket*, the experimental spirit of *Hive1*, which made full use of modular synths, and—above all—the minimal yet physically charged repetitive grooves that have been a constant since his Battles days—all crystallize in this masterpiece spanning over 70 minutes with unprecedented purity.
Furthermore, the sound—in which countless raw rhythms seem to veer off the massive dance floor of club music—updates the “mechanical yet strangely danceable” sensation characteristic of his Battles era into a contemporary electronic soundscape, revealing multi-layered influences ranging from IDM mavericks like Aphex Twin and Otake to contemporary immersive sound artists such as Mika Levi and Laurel Halo.
While remaining compatible with club sound systems, his work simultaneously possesses the spatial quality of an art installation and the intellectual depth of a contemporary composer—yet remains intuitive and physical. This sound, where mathematically constructed repetition coexists with human-like fluctuations, is the very unique realm that Tyondai has carved out for himself within the experimental and electronic music scenes.

My perspective on releasing music—and the very meaning of “being an artist”—has changed significantly. What’s important in an artist’s work is to document what you’re doing, what excites you, what you’re confronting, and what you’re rebelling against—to preserve these things as a record of your own life. Right now, in an era of war and media overload, everyone is facing a sense of powerlessness as they observe the world. In the midst of this, what is the role of the artist? I believe that archiving the creative ideas of the moment is one of the most important things an artist can do in this day and age. I used to think things like, “This song is really important to me,” or “I want you to hear how this chord came about” were important. But in reality, the importance of those things might be much smaller.
-Tyondai Braxton</erased>

Tracklisting:

1.Bell Smear
2.Multiplay
3.Dia
4.Vali
5.UnFS
6.Salt Point
7.Oslo
8.Realistic Water
9.Multiplay II
10.Phonolydian
11.Piiano
12.4 Zones
13.Nimble FX
14.Clouds of
15.K Space
