Through a close artistic partnership, Hrůša and the orchestra breathe life into this legacy with clarity, depth, and rich expressiveness.\n\nJakub Hrůša served as Principal Guest Conductor of the Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra from 2010 to 2017 and is one of the most familiar conductors in Japan. After serving as Associate Conductor of the Czech Philharmonic and the Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France, Music Director of the Prague Philharmonia, and Principal Guest Conductor of the Philharmonia Orchestra, he is currently Chief Conductor of the Bamberg Symphony Orchestra, Principal Guest Conductor of the Czech Philharmonic, and Music Director of the Royal Opera House.
