This work, 'soft shakes', is his first complete solo project, where he played all instruments and handled production himself, following the conclusion of Kikagaku Moyo's activities.

It was created between January and June 2024 through "solo jam sessions" at Guruguru Brain Studio in Rotterdam, Netherlands. Go Kurosawa comments: "In a band, 'who plays what' is a given, but this time I wanted to try doing everything myself as much as possible. I decided to just try things, whether I could do them or not. Without expecting anything, just trying. A jam with myself. That became the concept."

"From the cold, rainy European winter into early spring, I went to the studio every day. I'd just pick up whatever instrument was there and make sounds. If it still moved me the next day, I'd add to it. If not, I'd start something new."Step by step, I created with enjoyment and ease. The tracks on this solo jam, which consistently embodies "dialogue with sound," possess the freedom of a jam session and crossover elements across various genres. "Every day, I listened to the sounds I'd created the previous day with a fresh perspective. As I added or subtracted elements, I realized I was jamming with my past self."

The artwork was created for the first time by his partner, Ao Karoui. "I feel immense joy in being able to take on this first challenge with my partner. There's an unconventional freedom and boldness to it that I think matches the sounds I created."

The final production in Europe and the start of a new journey. At the time of making the album, he was contemplating, "After living in Europe for eight years, where should I live next?" Ultimately, this work became a symbolic album marking the end of his life in Europe. "I think the feeling of longing for distant homelands or places I've never been yet is expressed in the sound."This work was created at the end of one journey and the beginning of the next. Currently based in Fukuoka, Japan, I'm developing plans for a new studio. I hope the album 'soft shakes' becomes the starting point for someone's imaginary journey. "I want listeners to travel somewhere through the music. To drift away, forgetting time, and when the album ends, feel like they've returned home safely, as if they've completed their journey back to a place of comfort."

Tracklisting:

1.moon, please
2.sada no umi
3.soredesho?
4.green thing
1.autowalk
2.jungle cooking
3.rice harvesting day
4.cloud rock
