At the age of 19, he received the City of Ostend Prize for his \"Piano Concerto No. 1\" and various other composition awards, and his works have been selected for various music competitions. He has published works in a variety of genres, including symphonies, concertos, and ballet music, but he is especially known for his music for television and film.
