This second volume of this collection shows Paray's unique and particular concept. Rachmaninoff left 24 preludes, and Paley included 11 of them in the previous album. This time, the remaining 13 pieces are included to complete the album. There are two pieces from \"Sound Pictures,\" Op. 33. Three pieces were not included in the first edition, and the current fourth piece, in A minor, is the same as the sixth piece in Op. 39. The two pieces published independently after his death are No. 3 in C minor and No. 4 (now No. 5) in D minor, which are included here. This completes the Op.33, and it is a fitting tribute to a man who knew Rachmaninoff so well.
