Bach's masterpiece \"Goltberg Variations\" for guitar duet.\n\nThis recording was the result of a deep artistic friendship between Garcia and Moliniere, who spent almost a year working on the challenge of reconstructing the original keyboard work with two guitars. The challenge of reconstructing the original keyboard work for two guitars took about a year, and the two guitars worked together to create an arrangement and ensemble so delicate that it is easy to forget that they are playing together.\n\nFor the recording, we used \"twin guitars\" made from the same wood. These guitars were specially made for this project by Hugo Cuvillier, a master classical guitarist who is particular about materials and acoustics, and who produces less than 10 guitars a year for this project.In addition, in order to get a deeper insight into Bach's spirituality, the two stayed at the Solem Abbey in France, where they experienced the life of a monk.
