In this respect, Billette has no problem. You can enjoy the best parts of both Beethoven and Liszt. The two pieces on this album are No. 7, which is rapidly gaining popularity, and No. 8, which has a relatively simple form. The seventh takes quite a long time before the gorgeous theme appears, but Billette does a good job of keeping the piano playing this part, which tends to become monotonous. The last movement, which has the roughest tone, is surprisingly quiet, but this is her usual way. The eighth is an arrangement with a lot of detail, and Billette doesn't leave a note out.The supposedly graceful third movement minuet also has an unexpected look. This is interesting.
