Plainscapes A Scene on the Plain\" is an arrangement for piano trio of a piece for violin, cello, and chorus that was premiered in Vienna in 2002. The original piece, in which the sound of the wind blowing through the meadow is played by the violin, has been replaced by a more serene piece. The Lonely Angel\" is known for its beautiful violin solo and string orchestra accompaniment, but the piano trio version offers a more concentrated sound.
