HYbr:ID III includes a contemporary dance piece by choreographer Richard Segal and his dance company Ballet of Difference, inspired by the \"collective action\" of marching and changing direction that is taught in Japanese school physical education and the military. The piece includes music composed by Alva Noto for the contemporary dance piece \"BALLET OF (DIS)OBEDIENCE\" by choreographer Richard Segal and his dance company \"Ballet of Difference\". Inspired by the traditional Japanese Noh theater, this piece deals with the rejection of musical rules.Continuing on the trajectory established by the previous two albums, the album weaves together both rhythms and non-beats to create a soundscape of contemplative and beautifully resonant tones. The albums in the HYbr:ID series are to be perceived not only as individual compositions, but also as a body of work, and we place particular importance on the possibility of listening to these albums in the correct song order and experiencing them as a whole.
