He began piano lessons at an early age, was discovered by Bernard Haitink, and attended master classes at the Lucerne Festival. 16 years old, he began formal studies in conducting at the Amsterdam Conservatory, followed by a master's degree from the Royal College of Music and an advanced diploma from the Royal Academy of Music, He graduated in 2021. He also won the first prize in the Jeunesses Musicales international conducting competition and the first prize in the Donatella Frick Conducting Competition. In recent years, he has conducted orchestras such as the London Symphony Orchestra, Salzburg Mozarteum Orchestra, Tanglewood Festival Orchestra, and Weimar State Opera Orchestra, and in the 2025\/2026 season he will continue to conduct the Haydn Orchestra, RAI National Symphony Orchestra, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, among others.
