The album title came to McMurray after a deep discussion about the death of a friend who, consumed by illness, finally gave up and passed away alone. His response to that painful reality was one of fortitude. Hey, I love life, even if I'm suffering,\" McMurray wrote down afterward. McMurray later wrote them down, because they meant so much to him.
