Comprised of multi-instrumentalists Paul Elliott and Anthony Donje, they begin by recording all of their projects and exchanging ideas and musical parts with each other while working out of their respective studios, The WetRoom and Studio Gimlet. Elliott and Donje have a large collection of analog and vintage equipment, which they use in their production approach to create an authentic and sometimes unusual sound. As music industry professionals as well as music fans, they are influenced by a wide variety of musical styles, which is what sets them apart from other composers in their ability to write, produce, engineer, and mix in multiple genres.For more than a decade, Elliott and Donje have been working together - playing in headlining bands on stages in the UK and Europe - and mixing albums for other artists under the name \"The Donkey Jawbone. (The name \"Donkey Jawbone\" is a reference to the band's name. (The name \"Donkey Jawbone\" comes from a rare Afro-Peruvian percussion instrument.)
