The Who, one of the most iconic bands of the British Empire's rock scene, released their first new album in 13 years, "Who", in December 2019 and are still touring in concert as of 2022. This is a rare live archive that shows the magnitude of this veteran rock band that continues to influence various bands even today!

QUADROPHENIA", a concept album that won high acclaim among The Who's previous releases, had never been reproduced live, but the band began touring around the album after performing it at a concert in Hyde Park in 1996. During this tour, which was limited to the U.K. and North America, the concert on July 18, 1996, the third day of a six-day New York concert, was recorded and broadcast as a special program on a local radio station. This live album was released using the sound recordings from this broadcast, and is a live album that includes the concert, except for the cover number at the end of the show, which was omitted from the program due to the band's wishes. The dynamic sound featuring even the brass section perfectly reproduces the album live, and is a great reminder of the band's true ability!
