The album contains seven tracks, including an early version of "Dream On," which was later officially recorded and became the band's major label debut in 1973. The album includes early recordings of "Somebody," "Movin' Out," "Walkin' the Dog," "Mama Kin," and other gems that would later appear on their stunning debut album, "The Birth of the Beast (originally titled "Aerosmith"). The album also includes "Reefer Head Woman" from the 1979 album "Night In The Ruts" and "Major Barbara" from "Classics Live" released in 1986.
