The famous Czech conductor Libor Peshek passed away on October 23, 2022. In honor of Peszek's great achievements, we are releasing "Libor Peszek Gold Collection" (SU-4132) with Japanese commentary in Japan as a memorial to Peszek. This set was released in 2013 as a celebration of Peszek's 50th birthday. It is a selection of orchestral works recorded by Peszek between 1981 and 1989. Peszek was the Permanent Conductor of the prestigious Czech Philharmonic Orchestra from 1982 to 1990, and this set contains some of the finest performances that resulted from their close relationship during his tenure.
