Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau left his mark on the history of German Lieder, giving his first recital in Leipzig in 1947 and making his debut as a baritone at the Deutsche Oper Berlin the following year. Fischer-Dieskau recorded extensively for major labels such as EMI and DG, but he also made many live and session recordings for the ORFEO label. This is the second volume of a box set of Lieder recordings mainly from Germany, including three albums focusing on the three great poets, a Stockholm live performance with Engel released on CD from Fischer-Dieskau's private archive, and a Salzburg performance with Savarisch released in cooperation with the ORF (Austrian Radio Foundation). The live Salzburg Festival with Savarisch, released in cooperation with ORF (Austrian Broadcasting Corporation), and the participation of master musicians Bracher and Klecker are also included in the program.＜Naxos Japan, Naxos Japan, Naxos Japan\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Orfeo","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":48107893850401,"sku":"4589538756901","price":23.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0568\/8482\/2076\/files\/4589538756901.jpg?v=1708324163","url":"https:\/\/cdsvinyljapan.com\/en-us\/products\/4589538756901","provider":"CDs Vinyl Japan Store","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
