The EP includes a new song and new versions of two popular songs from his early years. It consists of producer and member Tatsuto Kiyoshi and his wife, a female member. Their debut single "Will You Marry Me? In 2017, at the peak of the group's popularity, the curtain came down on their activities with their "Last Concert" held at Makuhari Messe Event Hall. In 2024, the 15th anniversary of Sei Ryuto's debut as an artist, the new "Sei Ryuto 25" will reunite with four new members who are already active in the idol community. In addition to the new song "KARESHI iru yo", the EP release includes re-recorded versions of the popular early songs "Let's have an avantur" and "LOVE&WIFE&PEACE".
