Abby Gardner, the renowned dobro player of Boston's popular female Americana trio Red Molly, releases her solo album seven years after her last album, Hope! The album features original songs, including one co-written with Grammy-winner country singer Chris Stapleton, as well as a Claire Lynch cover. Produced by Michael Beller, who has worked with Amos Lee and others, the album features a bluesy, jazzy solo sound that cannot be heard in a group, with great dobro and lap steel guitars and vocals.
