He is also very active as a regular drummer in Harold Mayburn's trio and the Eric Alexander Quartet, both of which have sadly passed away.This album is positioned as a turning point in his career, and is led by Kurt Rosenwinkel, Immanuel Wilkins (sax), whose debut album was voted the #1 jazz album of 2020 by the New York Times, Julius Rodriguez (p), and Robert Hurst (bass), all of whom are up-and-coming musicians.
