Currently, they are fascinated by the violin works of Antheil. The three works on this album were written for his close friend and collaborator, violinist Werner Gebauer, and all have a rich romanticism reminiscent of Hollywood at the time of their composition, indicating a good collaboration between Antile and Gebauer. Among them, the waltz from the film music \"The Rose Nymph\" was arranged for piano and violin by Gebauer himself, and is a rare work discovered by Gebauer's son, Marc, among his belongings in 2016.
