This 5-CD set features the complete Beethoven symphonies performed by Hungarian-born Gábor Takács-Názi with the Verbier Festival Chamber Orchestra, for which he serves as music director. The result is this complete recording of Beethoven's nine symphonies. The resulting cycle captures the free and innovative performance of these masterpieces, each tackled with spontaneity, insight, and joy.
