Influenced by The Beatles, The Beach Boys, and psychedelic rock, XTC's sound is full of originality and has had a profound influence on Japanese musicians.With the release of the album \"Drums And Wires\" in August 1979, the band went on its first world tour, and the London show on September 17 was recorded and broadcast by BBC Radio.
