Disc 1 is a complete recording of the concert Vangelis gave in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, on June 18, 1991, as part of an event celebrating the Netherlands' 1990-91 presidency of EUREKA, a research organization centered on the European Union. The concert consists of Vangelis' best-known songs up to that time, and features a guest appearance by John Anderson of Yes. Disc 2 is a complete recording of the concert held as the opening ceremony for the 1997 World Championships in Athletics in Athens, Greece.
