In the film, Chailly says, \"A conductor needs concentration and physical and mental energy. A person without mental energy cannot cope with the constant current between conductor and orchestra. The relationship with the orchestra is a very delicate one.\" The film also shows scenes of Chailly reflecting on his past relationships with the orchestra on the podium, allowing us to understand his musical thinking and enjoy the music he creates even more.
