To commemorate the 30th anniversary of his death, this is an encore pressing of the "The Art of Claudio Arrau" series released in 2011. Brahms is one of the core composers in Arrau's Romantic repertoire. In this second concerto, too, he beautifully sings Brahms's distinctive writing style and profound sound with a magnificent scale and extremely fine expression. This is a Japan-only program.
