The newly formed ACCA is about to hold a festival to celebrate its first anniversary, and Jean and the other members of the ACCA inspectors' office are busy preparing for the event. Disturbing rumors, unchanged daily life, a new crossroad, a look into memories, and the beginning of the day. As their thoughts intersect, time slowly begins to move again. Dear Jean. What were we thinking back then? Can you tell me next time?" 2-disc set including 1 episode of OVA and 1 episode of music reading. Special booklet (52 pages) and 3 illustration cards for the reading music play are included. Special jacket and box designed by Norifumi Kugai, character designer. *The reading music theater "ACCA 13th District Inspection Division Regards" was scheduled to be held on October 12 and 13, 2019 at Maihama Amphitheater, but the performance has been cancelled due to the typhoon. However, after discussing the form of delivering the work to the audience, and ensuring the safety of the performers and staff, only the recording of the performance was carried out.
