In response, Jochum wholeheartedly admires Larrocha’s kaleidoscope of expression while unfolding a chamber-music-like dialogue with precise conducting.” (From Takuo Ikeda’s liner notes)\n=====================================\nThe first release in the Brahms program featuring maestro Eugen Jochum and the Berlin Philharmonic is now available. With La Rocha at the height of his career as soloist, the recording exudes a Southern European sense of relaxation and rich romanticism. To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the work’s premiere, Larrocha performed this piece in Japan that May with the Osaka Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Takashi Asahina and the Japan Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Kazuo Yamada. With no recordings available on Decca or RCA, this is an excellent opportunity to experience the true power of “Larrocha’s German repertoire.” The second half of the program features Symphony No. 1! Its release has also been confirmed.\n*Includes liner notes in English, Japanese, and German.\nTobu Trading\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Weitblick","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":53595637776673,"sku":"4560250650975","price":19.95,"currency_code":"EUR","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0568\/8482\/2076\/files\/4560250650975.jpg?v=1790482055","url":"https:\/\/cdsvinyljapan.com\/en-sk\/products\/4560250650975","provider":"CDs Vinyl Japan Store","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
