Finnish psychedelic dream pop band Paavoharju returns to Fonal Records with a new album. Inspired by a decaying glass negative discovered by member Lauri Ainala that is over 100 years old, Paavoharju's new album is a collection of classical and mysterious female vocals, strings, and a variety of other instruments. Classical and mysterious female vocals, various live instruments including strings, and noise using glass negatives are combined using an old PC and software from over 20 years ago such as ModPlug Tracker and Cool Edit to channel the old and ethereal atmosphere of the glass negatives. The result is a channeled, ethereal, old-timey atmosphere of the glass negatives.
