In this album, he performs solo transcriptions of Bach's works for viola brasileira. He says that he arranged the pieces as naturally and faithfully as possible while respecting the instrumental limitations. Bach's music has been arranged by various instrumentalists in the past, but it is strange that his works for lute, cello, harpsichord, cantata, etc. sound like the compositions of Villa-Lobos and other composers from his native land.
