In this work, the trio draws upon the unique design of this piano trio formation in a clear interplay, and in the process, presents the world with a profound study of Kit Downs' wide-ranging musical imaginary world.The pianist\/organist\/composer, who won the Rising Star Award at the BBC Jazz Awards in 2008 and was nominated for the Mercury Prize in 2010, makes his ECM solo debut in 2015 as pianist on Thomas Streinen's project \"Time is a Blind Guide\" and in 2018 on \"Obsidi\" an almost solo recording on church organ. In 2019, he will release his second ECM album, \"Dreamlife of Debris\", which will feature both organ and piano. explores deeper music with a quintet configuration of saxophone, guitar, cello, and drums, playing both organ and piano.
