Their debut song, M-6, was a big hit in the U.S., reaching No. 4 the following year, and became popular in Japan as well. The group, which echoed the sound of \"bubblegum pop\" with its bouncy brightness and carefree melodies, made a strong impression and impact on the pop music scene despite its short two-year existence. This is the first album released in 1968, and its cheerful sound is still alive and well from the opening M-1. The psychedelic M-3 and M-8, which must have inspired the arrangement of the ending song of \"Sazae-san\", are must-listen and must-kill numbers.
