Mike was also a great backup vocalist, especially on \"Old Friends,\" my favorite on the album. Love Made A Fool\" was written for a small chamber orchestra, with a symphonic break in the middle. The lyrics of \"Feathers\" were so wonderfully cohesive that they inspired me to write the melody for this intense song about the struggles of being a young songwriter.
