Warp is proud to announce the first vinyl reissue of Bibio's 2006 album "Hand Crancked", which has been gaining popularity for its heartwarming sound that accompanies the listener's memories and the scenes that come to mind. A repress of "Ambivalence Avenue" will also be released! Bibio's album "Hand Cranked" will be reissued on vinyl for the first time! Originally released on Mush in 2006, this is the album that led to Bibio's 2009 release of "Ambivalence Avenue" on Warp. The absolute sense of security that surrounds the shimmering mosaic of soundscapes, the lo-fi yet haunting melody lines that take us back to childhood memories, textures, colors, and noises are the unique sound world that Bibio has created. Bibio's sound also includes sampled sounds such as creaking wood and rain, which create a fascination with the sounds that exist in nature and take us back to our childhood memories.
