The Crossroads Guitar Festival is a charity concert that has been held irregularly since 1999 to raise funds for the Crossroads Center, a drug treatment center founded by Eric Clapton. Jeff Beck, who performed as one of the main acts at the third Crossroads Guitar Festival in 2007, will lead his own band in a performance that will be one of the highlights of the festival. Backed by veteran session drummer Vinnie Chariuta, up-and-coming female technical bassist Tal Wilkenfeld, and keyboard player Jason Rebello, who is gaining attention on the British jazz scene, Beck will be the festival's second headliner, performing for about an hour. Jeff Beck will be the second headliner of the festival, performing for about an hour. Jeff Beck's performance was recorded and broadcast on television by PBS and on local FM radio stations.
