Marie Kigome is an up-and-coming pianist who was born in Kanazawa, Japan, graduated from Tokyo College of Music High School, and moved to Poland, where she studied at the Chopin University of Music, graduating at the top of her class. She has been invited to give recitals in Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Lithuania, and other European countries, as well as at international music festivals such as MITO (Italy) and Alion (Estonia), and has performed with the Orchestra Ensemble Kanazawa, Yamagata Symphony Orchestra, and Philarmonica Ortenia. In 2017, she moved her home base to Tokyo, and the first thing she worked on was the production of this CD, which started when she was engaged in the promotion of SA-CDs at Sony, which she met by chance in Poland, and then moved to Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music, where she worked as an assistant professor.
