One day, the three eighth graders, Kazuki Yadai, Yuu Kuji, and Kenta Jinnai, encounter a mysterious kappa-like life form, "Keppi," which forcibly takes their buttocks and transforms them into kappas. Keppi tells them that if they want to return to their original form, they must connect with him in a certain way and bring him a zombie's buttock.
