Began studying piano at age 3. Graduated from the Piano Course, Department of Music, Faculty of Arts, Nihon University. Performed at the 68th Yomiuri New Artists Concert, sponsored by the Yomiuri Shimbun. Completed master classes at the Vienna International Music Seminar in 2001, 2002, and 2004. Received the Excellence Award at the 8th Great Wall Cup International Music Competition. Received the Encouragement Award in the Piano Division at the 5th All-Japan Art Competition. Passed the 34th International Arts Federation New Artist Audition and the All-Japan Performers Association New Artist Audition. Performed at the Japan-Russia Friendship Concert at the Russian Embassy in 2004 and 2009. In addition, she has performed in numerous concerts at venues such as the Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre, Hamarikyu Asahi Hall, the Bösendorfer Hall (Vienna), and the Matriccia Church (Italy). Since 2016, she has organized the concert series “Naoko Ishizawa Piano Lecture Series,” featuring original and diverse programs. An interview with her was published in Ongaku Gendai (May 2018 issue), and her concert received favorable reviews in Musica Nova (August 2018 issue). Currently, while maintaining a wide-ranging performance career in solo, chamber music, and accompaniment, she also mentors the next generation of musicians. In 2013, she released the CD “DuoFiore” on the Quadriga label.
