Sisask's childhood interest in astronomical observation led him to create his own musical scale, which he used to produce a fantastical style with a minimalist writing style. Tateno's piano invites us to a dreamlike world in which the pictorial patterns of the northern sky seem to change in multiple layers. Avere is located 80 km from Tallinn, the capital of Estonia, and the recording was made using a Bösendorfer from a historical facility here.
