Please enjoy to your heart's content the harmonica and piano duo that has become more and more polished over the years. ＜Yuzuru Sakimoto (harmonica) studied under Yuzuru Sato, gave her first recital in Tokyo in 1967, entered the Conservatory of Music in Trossingen, West Germany in 1970 under Helmut Herold, and studied with Tommy Riley in London in 1971. In 1973, he returned to Japan to give a recital featuring all original harmonica pieces. In addition to performing with major orchestras, Yuzuru Sakimoto and her friends hold concerts every year.He has also given summer harmonica seminars for more than 20 years. He has given recitals abroad, and also serves as a judge for harmonica competitions; in October 2022, he gave a recital with Haruki Mino to celebrate the 55th anniversary of his musical career. He has released many albums from Camerata, and \"Poem Harmonica\" won the 2002 Japan Arts Festival Excellence Award from the Agency for Cultural Affairs. Studied composition under Yoshio Hasegawa and orchestration under Akio Yashiro. He has worked as a composer, arranger, piano and keyboard player for many commercial works, mainly TV dramas and animation music.
