The third release from the NIFC (National Institute of Chopin) by the wizard of the keyboard, Cyprian Katsaris, is a special program of Mozart's masterpiece opera "Don Giovanni" for solo piano! The piano version of "Don Giovanni" is famous for Liszt's "Recollections of Don Giovanni" and Chopin's "La chi dalem variation" (Variations on "Please take my hand"), and Katsaris has also recorded "Fantasy on Don Giovanni" arranged by Thalberg in the past. Bizet's version of Don Giovanni is rare, but this is probably the world's first recording of the entire work.
