After studying there, they returned to their respective countries of origin, including France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands, and while following Tartini's teachings, created numerous works and contributed to the musical development of their homeland. This album performed by Siscovich and Ferrini is a follow-up to the first collection (CDS-723) and features works by students who were taught by Tartini. The album features works by Noël Pagan from France; Naumann from Germany, whose works Tartini was interested in; Herendahl from the Netherlands, who spent the second half of his life in England; Ferrari from Italy, who was regarded as one of Tartini's most talented students; and Parma, who performed in London and later became the Duke of Parma. After performing in London, he worked for the Dukes of Parma. Each of their works combines the virtuosity and lyricism of the mid-18th century with Tartini's stylish and vigorous decorative techniques.
