The album features a wide range of works spanning four centuries, from the classics by Haydn and Beethoven to the delicate flourishes of Debussy, the modernism of Villa-Lobos and Boza, and small pieces evoking the ancient Greco-Roman world of Yasen Vodenicharov, a French composer of Bulgarian descent born in 1964. The group has performed with high musicality in a number of works spanning four centuries. In addition to world-renowned cellist Georgi Lomakov, with whom she has collaborated on past recordings, the violinist Riha Uemura, who is active both in Japan and abroad and has appeared frequently as a soloist at concert halls such as the Berlin Philharmonic and Munich's Hercules Saal, will also participate. The booklet includes commentaries in Japanese by Katsumi Koga and Atsuko Koga. Atsuko Koga is a flutist born in Fukuoka City.After graduating from Toho Gakuen High School of Music, he went on to graduate from the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris with unanimous first-class honors in flute, and then went on to postgraduate studies at the same conservatory. He then went on to graduate from both the Cologne and Munich State Music Universities. During his studies, he won first prize and prizes in numerous international competitions. He is currently a member of the Magdeburg Symphony Orchestra in Germany.
