The blazing return of Portland, OR's satanic speed metal band BEWITCHER, with their fifth album, "Spell Shock". ) took the underground world by storm by spewing a massive demo tape filled with blasphemous and raw speed metal. Later adding drummer A. Hunter, the band became a trio and released Bewitcher (2016), Under The Witching Cross (2019), and their Century Media Records debut, Cursed Be Thy Kingdom (2021 ). For nearly a decade, they have been echoing the underground scene with their sound, which seems to manifest darkness from MOTORHEAD and VENOM, along with Cavalera, Municipal Waste, Creeping Death, and others.For this album, "Spell Shock," the band has recruited as producer Lars Frederiksen, guitarist/vocalist/songwriter of metal punk progenitors Rancid.
