The long-awaited new album by the Italian vocal duo MADALENAS, formed in 2013 and fascinated by Brazilian music. Formed in 2013, the duo reinterprets Brazilian music with an essential instrumentation of vocals, guitar, and percussion. Their fresh and swinging performance was well received not only in Europe but also in Brazil, where some magazines even called it one of the best Brazilian music of the year. In this latest release, the band is backed by Roberto Tauficki, a guitarist well versed in Brazilian music, and performs both original compositions and covers of Brazilian songs. The cover of Ginga's classic "Baião de Lacan" is a particular highlight. Gabriel Mirabassi also participated as a guest.
