Featuring Steve Hillage (g), Tim Blake (kbds), and Didier Marel (t.sax)—members of the French progressive\/psychedelic rock band Gong—the album offers the lyrical \"First Movement,\" built around Verdo’s brilliant grand piano refrains, and \"Second Movement,\" a symphonic rock track that, despite being drumless, showcases a trippy finish and high level of craftsmanship as these three core members of Gong at their peak weave psychedelic sounds throughout.
