She completed her graduate studies at Kunitachi College of Music, Tokyo Gakugei University, and Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music. Fukuda, who also took up Bach as the theme of her master's thesis, began her full-fledged research on Bach when she was a student. She not only collected materials from all over Europe, but also visited Toronto to see Gould's footsteps. She says that the main attraction of this work is that it \"allows me to express my own image of Bach in the most free way possible. The piano used for the recording was a C. Bechstein Model D-282. Fukuda has used the company's instruments for many years. Masato Kato, who was in charge of tuning, suggested that the tuning be set to an unequal pitch of c1=256Hz. The baritone and bass parts are heard clearly, and the polyphonic sound can be expressed three-dimensionally,\" he says. The dispersed chords, which are reminiscent of the light baroque bow string movement, and the shimmering bass continuo, are also worth listening to, as they seem to embody the sound world of Bach. The cover art by Sayana Matsuo was inspired by Fukuda's performance and was written with colorful images and \"folds\".
